phase two, we will take over the marketing of your home completely. This includes
preparing professional flyers, with a high precision floor plan (like the one
above), and launching an intensive marketing campaign using dozens of web sites
to showcase (not just show) your home. And there's much more, but because of
the limited space here, we can't go into all of the details.
If you decide to undertake our marketing program within six months after the
appraisal analysis, we will refund all of the money you paid to us for
appraisal work - upon the successful sale and closing of your home by us. If
you decide to go to phase two within two months after the completion of the
appraisal work - we will refund double all of the money you paid to us
for appraisal work, upon the successful sale and closing of your home by us.

phase one, we prepare an in depth analysis of your home (with an optional high
precision floor plan, if you wish) for help in marketing your home on your own.
This is called a market valuation appraisal, and only a licensed appraiser can
perform one (this is much more intensive than a CMA). The price for this service
is very reasonable - starting at $400. This is designed to provide a very precise
analysis of where your home fits into the market, which will assist you in marketing
your home. But, we don't stop there. If for any reason you decide that you want
to have a full time real estate agent manage the sale from start to finish -
and many people do - we can help you there too. We have some very attractive
