We

As an appraiser (and real estate broker) we don't have to do our work at the
high level of precision which we operate at - but we do anyway.
We learned long ago that there are choices in everything we do. We have chosen
to be leaders in the field of real estate by doing more than anyone expects.

Over the years we have taken on real estate valuation work which many appraisers
could not do. And the more difficult the appraisal was, the more scrutiny it
underwent. In over ten years, not even one appraisal has been found to
be inaccurate in the final determination of value. That would be an impressive
record for any appraiser. But we take extra pride in that accomplishment because
we do the complex, unusual, and difficult appraisals. And we do them to high
