Some
appraisers don't seem to have time to carry things through to the highest degree.
We think that's a shame, considering we are analyzing the largest financial
investment most people will make in their lifetime.
On the contrary, instead of looking for ways to take shortcuts - we are constantly
on the lookout for ways to do more, and do it better. That's not the most productive
way of doing things - but we think it's the best. Because we are dealing with
hundreds of thousands of dollars - you shouldn't settle for anything less.
There's a simple reason our appraisals look better, and are more comprehensive,
than the vast majority of appraisals. It's because, quite simply, they are.
It takes a lot more time and work to do things this way - but we think it's
the right way.
