The floor plan below is a prime example of what may be considered "good enough" for an appraisal, compared to what is considered "high precision" appraising. High precision appraising takes much more time and skill. Our clients and customers think it's worth it, because we are dealing with the largest financial investment most people will ever make. The extra attention to detail reflects properties more accurately, which results in a high precision appraisal. The differences could be huge. (As in Denise's case below - over 30%.
